2007 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Silver award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for Building Specialty

David Sharff Architect, P.C. shared these Silver Prism Awards with Mitchell Construction Group for the most creative and unique “use of space” for a Medfield, MA home renovation. An elegant stair and study alcove was created as the unique solution to a larger remodel, requiring the lifting of an existing roofline to create a bedroom, bathroom and laundry room from a partially finished attic. NARI presents the CotY awards annually to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects.
